Until now, Japan and China began to communication before the Sui Dynasty. The part of introdution mainly described the motive of the topic of thesis , purpose and significance of study , prior studies and the new perspectives and difficulties of the thesis . The first chapter focuses on the introductions of Nara state’s foreign policy and cultural prosperity of the Tang dynasty. The second chapter described the learning content and characteristics of Nara early time, mainly from forms and content aspects to do researches. Next, at chapter III, in contrast with Chapter II, I consider to know the type and characteristics of Nara later time changing.Such as the creative and nationality.Chapter IV summarizes the conclusions and significance of the study, analysis of the results through the promotion of political power was taken from the national side and would also help to maintain system of future generations. In the international environment , in order to more fully understand the Japanese people to explore the Japanese national character is necessary .
