茶树原产于热带及亚热带地区,是一种喜温暖,湿润气候条件的植物,其对低温敏感。怎样提高茶树的抗寒性,已日益引起人们的高度重视。日益增加的研究表明,在植物冷驯化过程中所发生的一系列变化是通过低温改变基因表达而引起的,并已克隆了许多相关的基因。而在茶树上,关于冷驯化过程中基因表达情况的变化尚未发现相关研究。研究茶树冷驯化过程中的基因表达变化,揭示茶树抗寒机理,对于茶树种质资源的利用、引种、育种和栽培技术的提高都具有重要意义。本研究以相对电导率为抗寒性指标研究了茶树在冷驯化过程中抗寒性的变化
