The main objective of this study was to investigate factors that affecting the Business Performance of Micro and Small Enterprise in Hawassa City,Mesrke Kifle Ketema Kaso Kebele,and Tabor Kifle Ketema Dume Kebele,Fajiso Yishake Mamihiru 2020.The study employed self-administered questioners in Mesrke Kifle Ketema Kaso Kebele and Tabor Kifle Ketema Dume Kebele,Hawassa city,to analyze the factors that affecting MSEs ’market performance with a special focus on textile and garment,food processing,and wood and metalwork sectors.To achieve this study’s objectives,questionnaires were evaluated using statistical methods,such as descriptive and inferential methods.The information was gleaned from a sample of 137 MSE operators via a questionnaire.It picked the respondent operators using a stratified sampling technique.The empirical study created six major challenges that tend to affect MSEs ’business performance in Kebele,including insufficient funding,lack of working premises,marketing concerns,insufficient infrastructure,poor management practices,and entrepreneurship.Furthermore,the findings indicate that there is a linear and positive significant relationship between independent variables and dependent variables,ranging from small to strong.Also,the chosen independent variables will greatly clarify the meaning of the degree of differences in the dependent variable at 1 percent.Based on findings,recommendations to government bodies,to operators of MSEs,and suggestions for other researchers are forwarded.
