云芝菌丝体胞内外多糖提取物对Raw264.7细胞的双向免疫调节作用

本研究对云芝菌丝体胞内糖肽(PSP,PSK)和胞外多糖提取物(YZLY)的体外双向免疫调剂作用进行了探讨。以小鼠巨噬细胞Raw264.7细胞系为研究模型,通过中性红吞噬实验检测吞噬活性、Griess方法检测一氧化氮(NO)释放、免疫印迹方法检测诱导性一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)表达,以及用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),来考察三种云芝菌丝体多糖类提取物单独和在有脂多糖刺激时对巨噬细胞Raw264.7免疫反应的体外调节作用。结果显示,5,25,100μ
