China and Africa have rapidly expanded their political and economic relations since the turn of the century.China called "the worlds factory" is trying to secure access to resources in Africa which it lacks at home.In addition, Africa offers a welcome market for Chinese companies which face stiff competition at home.Due to this, many Chinese business people have established their businesses in Africa.The Chinese have different strategies in place that have enabled them to win many tenders in Africa that were mainly a preserve of the European countries and America.These strategies require massive investments in mines, oil exploration and auxiliary infrastructure such as pipelines, roads, railways and power plants.But, despite these strategies, the importance of China as a source of FDI and a provider of foreign aid in Africa leaves some people indifferent.The purpose of this research is to improve our understanding about the entry strategies of Chinese companies in Africa from the perspective of Chinese companies.So,this thesis will attempt to illuminate the different implementation strategies of Chinese enterprises in the African context.The implementation of these companies on the continent is it smart and special? How do they adapt to expanding their geographic scope and manage the physical distance, cultural, institutional and psychological that separates them from their potential partners.To do this, I conducted a research approach in following steps:Analyze of Chinese companies in CongoThe basis of implementation strategies of Chinese companies in Africa.Modes of International EntryAfter going door to door to some Chinese companies in Brazzaville to collect more information, I concluded that this research shows the special strategies of the perception of Chinese entrepreneurs to better understand the implementation process of Chinese enterprises in Africa and especially in Republic of Congo.
