水稻穗顶部退化突变体L-05261的遗传分析及qPAA8的精细定位

【摘要】

：

水稻秃尖现象是由顶端小穗退化造成的,由此带来单穗粒数减少,单株产量降低,从而严重影响水稻单产。水稻穗顶部退化突变体L-05261来自于水稻组织培养后代,穗顶部明显退化,且稳定遗传。本研究在对L-05261水稻穗顶部退化性状遗传分析的基础上进行了QTL分析,发现了位于第3、第5和第8染色体上的3个QTL qPAA3、qPAA5、qPAA8,构建了用于定位3个QTL的亚群体,并最终对qPAA8进行了精
