The research addresses to relations between the European Union and Ukraine in particularly European integration of Ukraine at the time after Ukrainian crisis.The author illustrates the process of developing of Sino-Soviet and Sino-Russian relation and draw a parallel with the modem state of relations.The author examines three of the most common points of view related to this process:European integration as a tool for internal transformation in Ukraine;European integration as a pass ticket to the EU membership;European integration as a source of problems in Ukraine.
What is more the research includes detailed analysis of current dynamics of Sino-Russian cooperation process and explores the main tendencies,achievements and failures.The author analyzes factors constraining EU power such as its unwillingness to view Ukraine as a candidate for membership,a miscalculation of Ukrainian leaders and the ignoring of growing nationalism and xenophobia in Russia.Finally,the author examines different ideas about the future of Europea integration of Ukraine and suggest the possibility of positive and negative scenarios of the further development of partnership.
