With the development of science and technology,people’s trips become more accurate and efficient with the help of navigation software,but for motorcycle drivers,they lack the ability to allow them to focus their attention on the road to ensure safety while driving.It also helps them navigate precisely.Therefore,this article mainly introduces a new type of motorcycle helmet display,aiming at solving this contradiction to provide a safe and efficient navigation equipment for motorcycle drivers.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the background knowledge and historical process of helmet display development,and summarizes the corresponding techniques.It also introduces the basic working methods of the system.In the second chapter,by referring and reading the related references,several design parameters of the helmet display are drawn and the corresponding optical scheme are summarized for later design.Through comparative research,the optical scheme that is most suiList as the helmet display is found out.Then,in Chapter 3,we introduced the corresponding optical system in the ZEMAX optical design software,and then exported the corresponding optical scheme to Solidworks for simulation and assembly,and judged in advance whether the combination of the optical structure and the helmet is suiList to as a motorcycle helmet display,after the discussion of the results,the final optical scheme was designed and the corresponding optics mechanical structure was designed.In chapter 4,the optical scheme determined in the previous chapter is set to the corresponding tolerance level by ZEMAX.And in the fifth chapter,according tothe tolerance conditions of the corresponding optical scheme to develop the tolerance level of the corresponding optics mechanical structure,and in the sixth chapter,the entire system is tested so that the system is guaranteed to add light machine.After setting the structural tolerances,the overall imaging quality is still within the allowable conditions for the normal operation of the system.
