Objective:To observe the effects of the Osteoking on recovery of knee function and enlargement of bone tunnel after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction, discussing it’s own drug curative effect and mechanism of action, and to provide evidence for clinical application.Methods:This study collected 57 patients from October 2013 to December 2014 in line with the ACL rupture of our hospital patients, male 36 cases, female 21 cases, the average age of (41.23±12.16) years. All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=29) and control group(n=28) according to the table of random number after ACL reconstruction. Take the following treatments:(1) Basic treatment:all the patients were treated with drugs for detumescence and relieving pain within 2 days and with assistance of braces external fixation,and under the rehabilitation programmed functional exercise after the effect of the anesthesia;(2) Intervention treatment:besides strictly in accordance with the functional exercise,treatment group were treated by Osteoking. Observation index:①The enlargement of bone tunnel;②Pain (VAS score);③Degree of swelling about knee joint;④The knee joint function assessment:using a Lysholm and IKDC score standard.Observing and recording the evaluation of the results and data about two groups at weeks 2,4,8and 12after operation. All data was used SPSS 18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of difference between the two groups.Results:(1) There were no significance differences in general data analysis of two groups(p>0.05),and were comparable.(2) Between the subjects of two groups had statistical significance in the enlargement of bone tunnel at weeks 8 and 12(P<0.05),and the enlargement of bone tunnel of treatment group lower than the control group.There were significance differences in the VAS score,degree of swelling at weeks 2 and 4(P<0.05),however,at weeks 8 and 12,no differences was detected about two groups(P>0.05).Lysholm and IKDC score of two groups were statistically significant differences after 12weeks(P<0.05), and the treatment group scores was superior to the control group..(3) Compared in the two groups,the increasing extent of treatment group lower than the control group in the enlargement of bone tunnel.But,the subjects of each group after 2,4,8,12 weeks were statistically significant in the VAS score, degree of swelling about knee joint (P<0.05).Compared with preoperative,the Lysholm and IKDC score of two groups at post operation 12weeks were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the increasing extent of treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:(1) The Osteoking can effectively relive pain and retreat swelling in early postoperative ACL reconstruction;(2) The Osteoking can prevent the enlargement of bone tunnel,and promote tendon-bone healing while improving knee joint function recovery following ACL reconstruction.
