The scientific-technical innovation is the powerful drive for the development of economy and society in the 21st century, global cooperation and competition of economy and the change quickly development of science and technology will bring a new pattern for the world. The peace and development is still the world artery. The cooperation and competition in global area will turn into a higher arrangement. The competitive focus has been turned from contesting natural resource and market to contesting persons with ability and science and technology. The advancement of science and technology contributes increasingly greatly to economic rise.The thesis discussed fully on the following issues: the important scientific-technical problems which affected economic sustainable development; the scientific-technical innovation was impetus of economic sustainable development and important method to break through restriction of economic sustainable development; the assessment system of economic sustainable scientific-technical innovation was constructed and assessed; establishment and consummation of the national scientific-technical innovation system. Then utilized factor analysis and cluster analysis to make a positive assess of relevant data, followed conclusions of the situations and features for our national scientific-technical innovation. At last, the thesis put forward some suggestions about the stratagem of economic sustainable scientific-technical innovation.The masterstroke of the thesis is that scientific-technical innovation and economic sustainable development act each other as prerequisites. The thesis utilizes qualitative and quantificational methods, takes scientific-technical innovation as measures, profoundly analyzes actuality of our national economy and society from the point of sustainable development, analyzes problems and deficiencies in economy. Grasping the relation of every economic parameters and realizing our national policies and systems of scientific-technical innovation are not only indispensable basal researches to adjust economic structure, actualize economic sustainable development, but also provide scientific reference gist to establish economic policies and actualize stratagems of economic sustainable development.
