臭氧(O_3)是最主要的空气污染物之一。水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物,准确评估近地层O_3浓度升高对水稻生长发育的影响具有重要意义。尽管前人对O_3胁迫下水稻生长和产量响应的基因型差异作了少量的报道,但均是在气室(封闭式或开顶式)条件下进行。同气室相比,开放式空气中O_3浓度增高(FACE,Free Air ozone Concentration Enrichment)系统代表了目前我们对未来稻田高浓度O_3环境的最好模拟。本文依托世界唯一的稻田臭氧FACE技术平台(119°42′0″E,32°35
