The People’s Republic of China has of providing development aid to other developing countries.China’s foreign aid be seen as reflection of development for achieving.Recent years,China has significantly increased its development interventions.China is among the major providers of aid to Asia.Foreign aid has become an important tool in the range of instruments applied by the Chinese state to boost its economic and political expansion.In an attempt to address the challenges China faces as a donor country.China-Indonesia relationship with is getting closer by encouraging the signing of china’s foreign aid with strategic partnership in the 2015 Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Signing and the connection to the revival of infrastructure in the two countries to increase capital flows and cooperation.Under the leadership of President Joko Widodo,who carried out the GMF Global Maritime Fulcrum(GMF)program with the aim of building domestic connectivity,it has opened cooperation opportunities for China to invest and build cooperation that is complementary to the Belt Road Initiatives(BRI).Initiatives integration for development through infrastructure development,increased cultural exchange and trade.The Xi Jinping’s has charm offering deeper connections promises of development towards neighboring-Indonesia of convergence with Jokowi’s vision and foreign policy strategy to become a Global Maritime Fulcrum(GMF).This research is a study to answer What China’s foreign aid with to Indonesia in comprehensive strategic partnerships affected infrastructure development.The researcher focuses on the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Indonesia in infrastructure development in Indonesia 2015-2019.Then,the author will explain the benefits of cooperation for China as Indonesia’s partner country.In this case,the researcher will describe this by using the variables described in the bilateral concept which will use descriptive quantitative methods,where the data is processed to find conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the impact of a strategic partnership on Indonesia’s infrastructure development is that Indonesia is able to realize the connectivity agenda of the 21st century silk and road agenda.
