对马克思的地租理论中的价格决定理论进行改造后,我们会发现,当不同等级土地上生产的同一种商品间存在差异时,商品价格可视为由有用性、生产成本共同决定的,并且还存在有用性、生产成本共同决定价格的价格公式。利用不同等级土地上生产的同一种商品间存在差异时的价格决定理论,本文建立了解释城市房价的理论模型。
After reforming the theory of price determination in Marx’s theory of rent, we find that when there is a discrepancy between the same kind of goods produced on different levels of land, the price of goods can be seen as being jointly determined by the usefulness and the cost of production, Existence of usefulness, production costs together determine the price of the price formula. Using the theory of price determination when there is a discrepancy between the same commodities produced on different levels of land, this paper establishes a theoretical model for explaining urban housing prices.
