高加索三叶草与白三叶草及其杂交胚离体培养技术的研究

：

三叶草属(Trifolium L.)植物是优良的一年生或多年生豆科牧草,具有固氮能力,可以提高土壤肥力、增加地面覆盖、控制杂草生长、保持土壤湿度、减少土壤侵蚀,是保持水土的好材料。高加索三叶草(T.ambiguum Bieb.)产量高、抗旱、抗寒能力强,但其固氮能力差。白三叶草(T.repens L.)根瘤固氮能力强,但其根系浅,喜湿、喜暖。为了培育结合双亲优良特性的三叶草新种,本试验将引自新西兰
