Dongxin oilfield development in late, due to the long-term production, water injection and workover of oil well casing damage is becoming more serious, although the sets of damage control has made considerable progress, but still hinder long-term stability of Dongxindevelopments. Address this problem, the paper summing up the oil region in recent years, Dongxin casing damage types and laws, and from the analysis of geological, engineering, and production casing damage, based on the flow characteristics of the reservoir, as well as solid elastic change the coupling between the continuity equation of percolation theory of the oil-water two-phase flow and reservoir skeleton to establish a fluid-structure interaction model, different definite solution ofthe boundary conditions determined in accordance with the actual situation of the site, the estabiishment of a micro can be used for casing damage compression of the mathematical model of fluid-structure interaction, and with the finite element method on the weakening of the mathematical model and solving the development of the computer program and verify. On this basis, quantitative stucly of the different percolation rates, cementing quality, sand production, and other factors on casing damage, according to research in the process of oilfield production, drilling, operations, production processes, as well as downhole tools developed a casing damage in advance preventive measures to try to extend casing life, and reduce the chance of casing damage. According to different sets of loss, to develop appropriate control measures, including taking the change sets, mechanical packer card seal, cement seal string, under the smail casing (casing) of the steel casing and fiberglass casing patch casing plastic window sidetracking, through theoretical analysis and field applications, to develop a reasonable set of loss control program to achievc the purpose of the oil wells to resume normal production. The technology to provide a theoretical basis in order to prevent the oil well casing damage and improve bushing life.
