本研究对白蒺藜(Tribulus terrestris L.)果实的各类化学成分进行了系统的研究。采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析的分离方法及薄层层析的检测方法从白蒺藜(Tribulus terrestris L.)醇提液正丁醇萃取层中分离纯化得到13种纯化合物,同时运用核磁共振、质谱等检测方法鉴定出12种化合物的结构。它们分别是:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,cpd.1);胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,cpd.2);丁二酸(succinic acid,cpd.3);苯甲酸(benzoic acid,cpd.4);尿嘧啶核苷(uridine,cpd.5);N-对羟基苯乙酮基-3甲氧基-4-羟基取代桂皮酰胺(terrestriamide,cpd.6);山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,cpd.7);3′-甲氧基-山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3′-methoxy-quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,cpd.8);3′-甲氧基-山奈酚-3-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷(3’-methoxy-quercetin-3-O-β-D-gentiobioside,cpd.9);海柯皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1-4)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(hecogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-galactopyranoside,cpd.10);海柯皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基(1-2)-[β-D-木糖基(1-3)]-β-D-吡喃葡糖基(1-4)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(hecogenin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosidel(1-2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1-3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-4)-β-D-galactopyranoside,cpd.11);替告皂苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1-2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1-3)]-β-D-吡喃葡糖基(1-4)[α-L-鼠李糖基(1-2)]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(tigogenin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside-[(1-2)-α-L-rhamnose]-(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-[(1-3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-(1-2)-β-xylopyranosyl,cpd.12)。其中化合物4、5、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物13结构未鉴定,初步推断为一个在自然界新发现的甾体皂苷。
