天然产物是新药研究和开发的重要源泉。如何快速、有效和经济地分离和筛选出有活性的天然产物是当前药学研究的重要内容。本论文以丹参和穿心莲两种我国传统中药为对象,发展了几种有效的新的CCC分离方法,为逆流色谱在天然产物分离中的广泛应用提供理论基础和依据。溶剂体系的选择是逆流色谱分离成功与否的关键。但是,长期以来,对逆流色谱溶剂体系的组成还处于探索阶段,很少知道其确切的组成,这为其适用性和仪器推广带来了困难。本论文首先利用气相色谱测定所用溶剂体系的相组成,并建立了一种新的逆流色谱溶剂配制方法来分
