In order to better service the Sinopec and the oilfield,our Shandong Shengli Vocational College also went through an important stage these years.We stopped the academic education in 2013.Then we transferred to the enterprise training and realized the transformation of working direction and working focus.These years,our college carried out training around the development strategy and the central task.And we also made a great progress in the scale,quality and innovation of the training.Some infrastructures,such as the teaching staff,training textbooks and the study of training,developed greatly at the same time.The effects of training are well received.As the development of our college,the problem of teachers’ transformations are gradually emerged.For the teachers engaged in the vocational education for such a long time,it’s difficult for them to adapt to the new training principals,methods and patterns.And the aging problem of the teaching staff also constricts the sustainable development of training.So it is a major task to accelerate the transformation of the teachers.Combining the reality of our college,this paper includes a brief introduction of the enterprise trainers,the analysis of the current situations and problems of our teachers,and state the importance and necessity of transformation.After analyzing the experience at home and abroad,we construct a transformation path based on the training needs.This provides the supporting measures during the transformation.And it also discusses the relating problems when carrying out the transformation.
