Saudi Arabia’s dairy farming industry has expanded rapidly during recent years.Saudi Arabia is the largest dairy market in the Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC)region with a market size around of Billion US dollars in 2017,Saudi Arabia is home to one of the largest dairy producers in the Arabian Gulf.The market for dairy products in Saudi Arabia is growing at a rapid pace and is projected to reach 20 billion US dollars by 2021.The dairy industry in Saudi Arabia is an ingredient in the diet of people in the Arab region,there is a growing demand for dairy products in the region,among the growing number of the population which over 32.5 million.Total consumption of some types of dairy industry goods touched over 2.565 million metric tons in 2017.Almarai company is one of direct sales company which is based in Saudi Arabia and is a leading dairy food company in the Gulf States and some Arab countries.Almarai started its business in 1977,the company’s main offices are located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.The dairy sector is the main sector of Almarai business and its representing more than 40%of the company sales,and company always strives to promote this sector.Dairy products include:fresh dairy products,short-term products such as Laban,Milk,flavored milk products.The paper starts mainly analyzing the macro external environment based on use PEST analysis.At the same time,industry environment is analyzed by using Porter’s Five Forces model,and Porter’s value chain is used to analyze internal environment of Almarai Company.Moreover,the paper uses SWOT analysis model to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Almarai Company dairy industry business.Then further marketing STP strategy guide the company to the development and implementation of an appropriate marketing mix with segmentation part conducted first,the chosen of target markets,and implementation of positioning.From there we recommended marketing strategy for Almarai company dairy industry with product strategy,price strategy,place strategy,and promotion strategy.The conclusion and prospects will highly summarize the conclusions and prospects of this study.
