The judiciary of Cambodia is the one among three tremendous branches in the country.The judicial system in Cambodia need to be strengthened to suit with the demand of justice delivering,promote impartial,and standard of the court.Judicial system in Cambodia still pursuit of a well-conduct of the whole system of judiciary,it is included the organizing of the court and managing of the judicial personnel.In this case,Cambodia definitely require rectifications or some changes in the current judicial system to resist challenges and predicament.In Cambodia,the recent judicial reform importantly contributes to promote justice and fairness in judicial system.It also magnificent to contemplate the effective reform mechanism from other country,in particular from China judiciary in positive reform measure.The effort to strengthen impartiality in this thesis,will be illustrated the main aspects that truly lead to boot the impartiality in the judiciary.The effort to enhance the judicial personnel that is the main actor in the system,the method to reinforce judicial institution,and learning the positive experiences of China judiciary.This purpose of the study is to present the recent judicial experience over the judicial system in Cambodia and China and how could this study promote the judicial authority and demonstrate the key solution to the existed consequences and challenges,and what kind of lesson that judicial system in China has achieved in the recent reform measure.By introducing judicial reform and picture of China’s judiciary,it is hope that this study will help to promote judicial system in Cambodia to be more independent and impartiality since these criteria are the key sectors that capable of bringing judicial credibility,and neutrality under the law to the society.
