小麦花药培养愈伤组织诱导率和再生率的遗传分析

  本试验利用农艺性状优良的4个春麦品种(系):泉麦11号、T400、T2003、7025为亲本,以及由这4个亲本经完全双列杂交所得的F1代,共16个基因型作为试验材料,进行小麦花药培养特性的遗传研究。对小麦花药愈伤组织诱导率和再生率,应用Hayman模型和Griffing模型I进行遗传效应和配合力的分析。以期获得小麦花药培养愈伤组织诱导和再生的遗传规律,为揭示花药培养愈伤组织形成及再生机理提供线索;同时了解本地区小麦育种材料的花药培养特性,为有目的选配花培育种亲本提供依据。本试验所用的愈伤组织诱导培养基是:C17+2mg/L2,4-D+0.5mg/LKT+0.7﹪琼脂+9﹪蔗糖;再生培养基是:MS+2mg/LKT+1mg/LNAA+0.7﹪琼脂+3﹪蔗糖。
