In the complex issue of science magazine’s complex system and network, the use of complex networks in the war on terror has caused widespread concern and heated debates in various sectors of society. Scholars mainly debate two aspects: on the one hand, how effective is the application of complex network theories and methods to the war on terror; and on the other hand, whether the humanitarian principles have been violated in obtaining the actual data of terrorist organizations. Terrorism is an extreme act adopted by closely related groups, nations or countries because they can not understand each other and communicate with each other. They generally resort to terrorist means such as kidnapping, assassinations, explosions, air hijackings and hostage-taking to achieve their political goals
