从已有知识、创业警觉性与创业机会识别的关系入手,构建了考虑创业警觉性的中介作用的三者关系模型,通过实证研究证明三者之间的相互关系及相互作用机制,进而提出提高创业者机会识别能力的建议。结果表明:已有知识对创业机会识别具有显著的正向影响;创业警觉性的两个维度(商业构想警觉性、信息警觉性)均对创业机会识别具有显著的正向影响;已有知识对创业警觉性的两个维度均有显著的正向影响;创业警觉性的两个维度均在已有知识与创业机会识别间起部分中介作用。
Starting from the relationship between existing knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness and recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities, this paper constructs a model of the relationship between the three agents that takes into account the entrepreneurial alertness and proves the interrelationship and interaction mechanism among the three through empirical research, Proposals for entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The results show that the existing knowledge has a significant positive impact on the identification of business opportunities; both dimensions of entrepreneurial awareness (business concept alertness and information alertness) have a significant positive impact on business opportunity identification; Both of the two dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness have a significant positive impact. Both of the two dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness play a part-mediated role in the recognition of existing knowledge and business opportunity.
