以合肥南站盾构调头及过站为依托,研究采用整体不拆卸原则,通过千斤顶顶推,盾体整体在钢板上滑移完成调头,再经过顶升、纵移过站、下降至端头井。后配套台车在盾构本体移除井口后,在盾构井内架设马镫,铺设轨道至车站北端上翻梁位置,采用电瓶车牵引过站,再进行调头,最后采用电瓶车牵引至端头井位置进行组装调试。该技术合理地处理了盾构接收及过站工序之间的关系,最大限度地节约了施工成本,并为类似盾构施工提供了参考依据。
Hefei South Station Shield Tau and over the station as the basis, the study adopts the principle of overall disassembly, through the jack push, the shield body sliding on the steel plate to complete the U-turn, and then after the rise, longitudinal shift over the station, down to the end well. After the supporting trolley removes the wellhead from the shield body, a stirrup is laid in the shield well to lay the rail to the upturned beam on the northern end of the station. The battery trolley is used to tow the station, and then the vehicle is turned. Finally, the battery car is towed to the end well Assembly and debugging. The technology reasonably deals with the relationship between shield receiving and stopping processes, saves the construction cost to the maximum, and provides a reference for similar shield construction.
