高温超导体的突破使超导红外探测器的实用化成为可能。这种探测器具有响应波段宽,可实现从可见光到毫米波的目标探测,灵敏度高、功耗小等优于常规半导体红外探测器的综合性能。估计将在空间遥感、红外成像、通讯以及医疗技术、探矿等方面得到广泛应用。
The breakthrough of high temperature superconductor makes the practical application of superconducting infrared detector possible. The detector has a wide response band, which can achieve the target detection from visible light to millimeter wave, high sensitivity, low power consumption and other advantages over conventional semiconductor infrared detectors. It is estimated that it will be widely used in remote sensing of space, infrared imaging, communication, medical technology and prospecting.
