目的:观察银杏酮酯分散片对急性血瘀型大鼠血液流变学及相关生理指标的影响,为银杏酮酯分散片的临床应用提供药效和安全性参考依据。方法:80只大鼠随机均匀分为空白组、模型组、银杏酮酯分散片低剂量组(25 mg·kg-1)、中剂量组(55 mg·kg-1)、高剂量组(110 mg·kg-1)和金纳多对照组(95 mg·kg-1),采用大鼠反复灌胃方式预给药,每天1次,连续给药1周。随后采用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素复合冰水浴制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,并以此模型来评价银杏酮酯分散片对全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉等血液流变学指标的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠表现出全血黏度(200,30,5和1 s-1)、全血还原黏度、全血相对黏度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数均明显增加(P<0.05)的血液流变学异常现象,而银杏酮酯分散片低、中、高组以及金纳多组均可显著降低血液黏度、全血还原黏度、血沉、全血相对黏度以及红细胞聚集指数(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:银杏酮酯分散片具有改善血瘀证大鼠血液流变学异常的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Ginkgo Biloba Tablets on the hemorheology and related physiological indexes of acute blood stasis rats, and to provide the reference and reference for the clinical application of Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets. Methods: Eighty rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, low dose group (25 mg · kg -1), middle dose group (55 mg · kg -1), high dose group mg · kg-1) and Ginaton control group (95 mg · kg-1). The rats were pre-dosed with repeated gavage once a day for 1 week. Subcutaneous injection of a large dose of epinephrine compound ice water bath was used to prepare acute blood stasis model in rats. The model was used to evaluate the effect of Ginkgo Biloba Tablets on the hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Results: Compared with the blank group, whole blood viscosity (200,30,5 and 1 s-1), whole blood viscosity, whole blood relative viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation index and erythrocyte aggregation index of the model group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), while the low, middle and high groups of Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets and the Ginaton group could significantly reduce the blood viscosity, the reduced viscosity of whole blood, the relative viscosity of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the whole blood and the erythrocyte aggregation index ( P <0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba ester dispersible tablets can improve the abnormal blood rheology in blood stasis rats.
