V-H_2O_2-5-Br-PADAP三元络合物光度法测定钢铁中钒,已有多次报道。在实际应用中发现仍存在一定的问题,测定结果严重偏低。经过大量实验,找到的原因如下。 1.有的资料认为,在高酸度下,5价钒不与5-Br-PADAP显色剂生成二元有色络合物。以此为参比液测定显色液消光值,可抵销某些有色离子干扰。实验结果表明,即使在高酸度下,V~(+5)仍能与5-Br-PADAP生成二元络合物,只是反应速度慢。因此,参比液消光值不断上升,相对地使显色液消
