目的　探讨V型斜视不同术式的治疗效果。方法　采用直肌附着点垂直移位及下斜肌部分切除两种方法治疗V型斜视。结果　V型斜视采用下斜肌部分切除术和直肌附着点移位术均取得较好治疗效果 ,但下斜肌部分切除效果更为明显。结论　采用直肌附着点垂直移位及下斜肌部分切除术矫正V型斜视不但可矫正眼位 ,而且可能建立双眼单视功能 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different surgical procedures of V-type strabismus. Methods Vertical displacement of rectus muscle and partial resection of inferior oblique muscle were used to treat V-type strabismus. Results V-type strabismus with inferior oblique partial resection and rectus muscle attachment point shift achieved good results, but the partial oblique resection effect is more obvious. Conclusion Vertical rectus muscle attachment points and partial oblique resection of inferior oblique partial correction of V-shaped strabismus not only correct the eye position, and may establish binocular vision function
