目的:建立一种测定渔业水体中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱法。方法:采用用正己烷萃取渔业水体中的联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯,萃取浓缩后,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定,采用外标法定量。结果:本方法线性范围,联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯均为0.02~0.2μg/mL;氯氰菊酯为0.04~0.2μg/mL;氯氟氰菊酯为0.005~0.2μg/mL。在配制质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.999以上。方法的检出限:联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯均为0.1μg/L;氯氰菊酯为0.2μg/L;氯氟氰菊酯为0.025μg/L。对不同来源渔业水样添加不同浓度,其回收率均在70%~120%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论:该方法具有灵敏、准确、回收率高、无杂质干扰等优点。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography for the determination of bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, deltamethrin, fenvalerate, cypermethrin and cyhalothrin residues in fishery water. Methods: Bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, deltamethrin, fenvalerate, cypermethrin and cyhalothrin in fishery water were extracted by n-hexane. After extraction and concentration, Gas chromatograph determination, the use of external standard method. Results: The linear range of this method was 0.02-0.2 μg / mL for bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate, and 0.04-0.2 μg / mL for cypermethrin. Cyhalothrin was 0.005 to 0.2 μg / mL. In the preparation of the concentration range showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient of 0.999 or more. The detection limits of the method were: bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, deltamethrin and fenvalerate were 0.1μg / L; cypermethrin 0.2μg / L; cyhalothrin was 0.025μg / L. Different concentrations of fishery water samples from different sources, the recovery rates were 70% to 120%, the relative standard deviation were less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate, high recovery, no impurity interference and so on.
