目前,新泰市72个部门的700多项审批、交易、便民服务等事项集中在服务中心,年办理审批服务100余万件,群众满意率达到99%以上。新泰市政务服务中心管理办公室主任马连启对记者说,“做到一切工作有标准,一切标准有程序,一切程序有监督,一切监督有公开,以标准化简环节,优流程,提效率,真正让人民满意。”
