近年来开工建设的抽水蓄能电站上水库施工供水工程,可行性研究阶段与工程实施阶段上水库施工供水投资差异较大。通过对已建电站上水库施工供水施工资料分析,主要是由于抽水蓄能电站上水库库址区大部分无施工供水水源点,需建设多级泵站从下水库水源点取水经多级泵站提升至高位水池.工程沿线高程差大、地形复杂造成运输、施工不便。为今后合理、准确计算施工供水工程投资,为类似工程投资测算提供参考,本文就呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站施工期上水库施工供水投资测算进行总结说明。
