以紫叶稠李的侧芽为试验材料,对其进行不定芽的诱导和芽的继代增殖,通过正交试验,经极差与方差的分析得出结论:紫叶稠李不定芽诱导培养基添加激素种类及其浓度的最佳水平组合为:6-BA1.5mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,诱导率高达97.5%。紫叶稠李的继代增殖培养基的最佳水平组合为:6-BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 0.05mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,增值倍数可达4.2倍。能在短期内快速繁殖出大量苗,为工厂化育苗提供参考。
