4月15日一早,俄罗斯海军太平洋舰队在海参崴附近举行隆重的“出征仪式”。参加仪式的4艘军舰随后直接起锚驶离驻地,赶赴中国参加即将举行的俄中联合海上军演。尽管对于此次军演,无论中方还是俄方,从发言人到煤体,都没有太多的渲染,但时隔7年中俄两军再次并肩联演,演习期间两国混合舰队还要共同穿越日本海峡,似乎有意绕着日本走半圈,因此引起了不少外媒的热炒。
On the morning of April 15, the Russian Navy’s Pacific Fleet held a grand ceremony of “expedition” near Vladivostok. The four warships attending the ceremony then directly anchored off the premises and rushed to China to attend the forthcoming joint naval exercise of Russia and China. Although for the military exercise, both China and Russia, from spokesman to coal body, are not much rendering, but after a lapse of 7 years, the two armed forces again side by side with the joint operation of the fleet during the exercise Crossing the Straits of Japan seems to have deliberately taken a half-circle around Japan, thus arousing the stir of many foreign media.
