自20世纪90年代,中海油因势而为开始实施国际化战略,大力拓展海外业务,现海外资产已遍布六大洲。在“走出去”过程中,中海油面对世界各地不同的政治、社会和文化环境,探索出一条独具特色的跨文化管理之路,通过实施人才本地化、国际化战略,建立与合作伙伴良好合作关系;构建和谐社区,加强与政府间交流,为公司扎根海外创造良好环境等作法,取得良好实施效果。未来,随着中海油海外业务规模的不断扩大,公司应继续在跨文化管理方面精耕细作,实现中海油跨国经营长远目标。
Since the 1990s, as a result of the situation, CNOOC started to implement its international strategy and vigorously expanded its overseas businesses. Overseas assets now cover six continents. In the process of “Going Global”, CNOOC explored a unique cross-cultural management path in different political, social and cultural environments around the world. By implementing talent localization and internationalization strategy, establishing and cooperating Partners and good partnership; building a harmonious community, strengthen exchanges with the government, for the company to take root overseas to create a good environment and other practices, and achieved good results. In the future, with the continuous expansion of overseas business scale of CNOOC, the Company should continue to work intensively on cross-cultural management to achieve the long-term goal of CNOOC’s transnational operation.
