[目的]比较目前2种内镜清洗消毒方式即手工处理和全自动机器处理的优缺点并对内镜清洗消毒从业人员职业危害性进行分析。[方法]采用问卷调查和电话随访方式调查了40家内镜中心内镜清洗消毒情况以及相关内镜清洗消毒从业人员健康状况。[结果]参与调查的内镜中心手工处理和机器处理比例分别为80%和20%,两种处理方式对内镜清洗消毒完成情况的差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),手工处理中不能够严格完成处理操作比例远高于机器处理。对于内镜重复处理人员健康调查显示手工处理中出现不适症状比例高达77.1%,而机器处理中不适症状出现比例为33.4%,两者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]从研究中证实全自动内镜清洗消毒设备能够更好地替代手工清洗完成操作,而且能够有效地保护相关内镜重复处理工作人员的健康。
[Objective] To compare the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of endoscope cleaning and disinfecting methods, manual treatment and automatic machine processing, and analyze the occupational hazards of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection practitioners. [Methods] The endoscopic cleaning and disinfection conditions of 40 endoscopic centers and the related health conditions of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection workers were investigated by questionnaire and telephone follow-up. [Results] The endoscopic centers involved in the manual processing and machine processing were 80% and 20% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two methods in the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection (P <0.01). In the manual treatment The ratio of processing operations that can not be done strictly is much higher than machine processing. Surveillance of endoscopic resuscitation showed that up to 77.1% of the discomforts were found in the manual treatment and 33.4% of the discomforts were found in the machine. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] It is confirmed from the research that automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection equipment can better replace the manual cleaning operation, and can effectively protect the health of related endoscopic repeat workers.
