一例后腹膜平滑肌肉瘤累及左骼动静脉行肿瘤、左骼动静脉联合切除人造血管移植,得到根治.随访10个月无肿瘤复发,移植血管通畅.现报告如下.病例 男,38岁.因腰背酸痛三个月,发现左下腹包块一月,于1996年2月在当地医院剖腹探查.术中见一肿瘤约10cm×10cm×5cm,浸润左髂动静脉而仅行肿瘤大部切除,残留瘤组织4cm×4cm×0.5cm.病理检查为平滑肌肉瘤.术后肿瘤生长迅速,术后6个月再发腰背酸痛.转上海中山医院.体检:一般情况好,左下腹们及10cm×6cm×5cm肿块,质硬、表面不平、固定、无触痛.左下肢无肿胀,左足背动脉搏动好.肝肾功能正常.CT和彩超示:后腹膜肿瘤累及左髂血管.1996年9月在全麻下剖腹探查,腹内其他脏器无异常,未发现肿瘤远处转移灶.左下腹腹膜后,左腰大肌与脊柱之间有一肿块约8.5cm×6.5cm×5.0cm.质硬、固定、无包膜,左骼动静脉与肿块右前方紧密粘连水能分离.术中先分 One case of retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma involving the left iliac arteriovenous line tumor, left iliac arteriovenous joint resection of artificial blood vessel transplantation, get radical.
