随着电梯使用更新周期的到来,越来越多的电梯存在着老化和安全性的问题。而影响电梯安全的因素很多,并且有些在不断的变化,对其安全性的评价无法用精确数学概念来简单界定。如何准确的描述一个复杂的系统,给非电梯技术工作人员以直观的认识,是所有电梯工作者的一个任务。笔者基于模糊数学理论和电梯工作的特点,结合《北京市电梯安全评价规则》建立了安全性评价指标体系,提出了系统安全评价模型。最后用实例验证了此方法的可行性,为老旧电梯安全评价提供了一种途径。
With the arrival of the elevator renewal cycle, more and more elevators have aging and safety problems. The factors that affect the safety of elevators are many and some are constantly changing. The evaluation of their safety can not be simply defined by the precise mathematical concepts. How to accurately describe a complex system and give non-elevator technical staff an intuitive understanding is a task for all elevator workers. Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the characteristics of elevator work, the author establishes the index system of safety evaluation based on “Beijing elevator safety evaluation rules” and puts forward the system safety evaluation model. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility of this method, providing a way for the safety assessment of the old elevator.
