基于遗传算法的全向宽波带减反射膜系的优化设计

随着斜角沉积及刻蚀等技术的不断发展和完善,具有纳米多孔性结构的低折射率材料的获得为设计和制备减反膜提供了新思路,在减少大角度入射光的反射,维持色平衡方面具有重要的应用价值。结合纳米多孔性材料在H-K9L光学玻璃表面利用遗传算法优化设计了一种具有全向宽波带减反特性的4层渐变折射率减反射膜系结构,计算了其反射率变化曲线,并与常规材料制备的单层膜进行了比较,发现在入射角为0~75°的范围内可以对可见光起到有效的减反射作用,其关于角度和波长的平均反射率可以降低到0.21%。 With the continuous development and improvement of bevel deposition and etching technology, the availability of low refractive index materials with nano-porous structure provides a new idea for the design and preparation of anti-reflection film. In reducing the reflection and maintenance of large-angle incident light, Color balance has important application value. A 4-layer graded-index graded-index anti-reflection film system with omnidirectional wideband antireflection property was optimized by genetic algorithm combined with nano-porous material on the surface of H-K9L optical glass. The change curve of reflectivity was calculated. Compared with the monolayer films prepared by conventional materials, it was found that effective reflection and reflection of visible light can be obtained in the range of 0 ~ 75 °, and the average reflectivity with respect to angle and wavelength can be reduced to 0.21%.
