碱法转化氟碳铈矿制备混合氯化稀土及其机理研究

常压下 ,热浓碱液对氟碳铈矿有良好的转化效果 ,所获转化产物易溶于盐酸 ,溶液再经除杂 ,得优质混合氯化稀土。针对浓碱转化反应进行的机理研究表明 ,氟碳铈矿在常压、浓碱转化过程中发生的成分变化 ,主要是原有结构中的F- 被OH- 取代。 Under normal pressure, the hot concentrated alkali solution has a good conversion effect to the bastnaesite, the obtained conversion product is easily soluble in hydrochloric acid, and the solution is further subjected to impurity removal to obtain high-quality mixed rare earth chloride. The study on the mechanism of conversion of concentrated alkali showed that the composition of bastnaesite during atmospheric pressure and concentrated alkali conversion was mainly due to the replacement of F- by OH- in the original structure.
