目的 研究 β肽对裸鼠早期和晚期肝癌切除术后转移复发的阻断作用。方法 裸鼠人肝癌高转移模型肿瘤接种后 ,于转移发生前、后分别行肝癌切除术 ,术后皮下注射 β肽。肿瘤接种后35d处死动物 ,记录动物体重、切缘复发、肝内转移和远处转移情况。结果 动物体重、肝内转移灶数目、转移灶累及肝叶数、切缘复发瘤直径早期肝癌切除术后对照组分别为 (2 4.2± 1.6 ) g、(7.2± 2 .3)个、(3 .7± 0 .6 )个、(1.1± 0 .2 )cm ,β肽组为 (2 5 .4± 1.1) g (P >0 .0 5 )、0个 (P <0 .0 1)、0个 (P <0 .0 1)、(0 .9± 0 .6 )cm (P >0 .0 5 ) ;晚期肝癌切除术后对照组为 (2 1.2± 1.5 )g、(8.6± 8.2 )个、(4 .6± 1.5 )个、(0 .9± 0 .4)cm ,β肽组为 (2 6 .7± 1.7) g (P <0 .0 5 )、(4 .2± 5 .0 )个 (P >0 .0 5 )、(2 .2± 1.3)个 (P <0 .0 5 )、(0 .7± 0 .1)cm (P >0 .0 5 )。肺内转移灶数目和转移灶累及全身脏器数目早期肝癌切除术后对照组为 (2 .8± 2 .5 )个和 (6 .8± 0 .5 )个 ,β肽组为 0个 (P <0 .0 5 )和 (1.0± 1.7)个 (P <0 .0 1) ;晚期肝癌切除术后对照组为 (6 3.8± 2 8.1)个和 (6 .8± 3 .0 )个 ,β肽组为 (6 .8± 11.9)个 (P <0 .0 1)和 (3.8± 0 .8)个 (P >0 .0 5 )。无论是早期肝癌切除还是?
Objective To study the blocking effect of β-peptide on the metastasis and recurrence of early and late hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mice. Methods After the high metastatic human hepatocellular carcinoma model was inoculated with tumor in nude mice, resection of hepatocellular carcinoma was performed before and after metastasis. The β peptide was injected subcutaneously after operation. Animals were sacrificed at 35 days after tumor inoculation, and the body weight, recurrence margin, intrahepatic metastasis and distant metastasis were recorded. Results The body weight, the number of liver metastases, the number of liver lobes involved in the metastases and the diameter of the resected tumor at the resection margin were (4.2 ± 1.6) g, (7.2 ± 2.3), (3 (1.1 ± 0.2) cm in the β-peptide group, (25.5 ± 1.1) g (P> 0.05), and 0 (P <0.01) , 0 (P <0.01), (0.9 ± 0.6) cm (P> 0.05), and the control group was (2.2 ± 1.5) g and (4.6 ± 1.5) cm, (0.9 ± 0.4) cm, β-peptide group was (26.7 ± 1.7) g (P <0.05) (P> 0.05), (2.2 ± 1.3) P <0.05, (0.7 ± 0.1) cm (P> 0.05) . The number of lung metastases and the number of organs involved in the metastases in the control group were (2. 8 ± 2.5) and (6.8 ± 0.5) cases in the control group and 0 in the β-peptide group P <0.05) and (1.0 ± 1.7) P <0.01.
