为深入研究石油馏分化学组成与临界性质的关系,在实测国产石油直馏分油临界性质的基础上,探索用基团贡献法预测石油馏分的临界性质。研究结果表明,只要结构基因和特性函数选择恰当,用线性规划法求解基因数是可行的。对比了Joback法和Lyderson法计算出的基团贡献值,在预测石油馏分的临界温度和临界压力时,后者优于前者,预测的平均相对误差分别为1.82%和5.79%,计算结果较好,为研究石油馏分化学组成与物性关系提供了依据。
In order to further study the relationship between the chemical composition and the critical properties of petroleum distillate, the critical nature of the petroleum distillate is predicted by the group contribution method based on the test of the critical nature of the domestic petroleum straight-run oil. The results show that it is feasible to use linear programming method to solve the gene number as long as the structural gene and the characteristic function are properly selected. Compared with the group contribution calculated by Joback method and Lyderson method, the latter is better than the former in forecasting the critical temperature and critical pressure of petroleum fractions, and the average relative errors of prediction are 1.82% and 5.79% respectively, and the calculation results are better , Which provided the basis for studying the relationship between chemical composition and physical properties of petroleum distillate.
