利用固相仲钼酸铵喷入高频等离子体,经高温热分解与气化再结晶的过程,成功地制备了三氧化钼、二氧化钼超细粉,产品平均粒径为0.09~0,16μm,产品粒子的形貌及晶体结构和大小取决于‘淬火’方式和反应温度的控制,高频等离子法与传统生产方式相比较,具有工艺简便、过程容易控制、产品粒度细、可连续运行等优点,因此具有重要的开发前景.
