以7-羟基-4-三氟甲基香豆素和哌嗪为原料,首次合成了具有双荧光侧臂的新型香豆素类荧光探针化合物,研究发现其中间隔基较少的化合物对Cu~(2+)具有较高的选择性,并且对Cu~(2+)的识别不受其它金属离子的干扰.Cu~(2+)在2.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,探针的荧光强度与其浓度有较好的线性关系.
A novel coumarin-based fluorescent probe compound with double-fluorescent lateral arms was synthesized from 7-hydroxy-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin and piperazine. It was found that the compounds with less spacers on Cu ~ (2+) has high selectivity and the recognition of Cu ~ (2+) is not disturbed by other metal ions.Cu ~ (2+) is in the range of 2.0 × 10 -6 ~ 1.0 × 10 ~ (-4) mol / L, the fluorescence intensity of the probe has a good linear relationship with its concentration.
