对高壁温条件下矩形散热片组的自然对流散热过程进行了分析,并综合考虑密集散热技术的特点,推导出一种较合理的散热片优化数学模型,采用罚函数法求解,并应用面向对象的 Borland C+ + 语言编制出通用程序。对该程序给出的优化结果进行了实验验证,结果表明优化结论合理、可靠。
The natural convection and heat dissipation process of rectangular heat sinks under high wall temperature conditions are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of dense heat sink technology, a reasonable mathematical model of heat sink optimization is deduced. The penalty function method is used to solve the problem and the object-oriented Borland C + + language to prepare a common program. The optimization results given by this program are verified by experiments. The results show that the optimization conclusion is reasonable and reliable.
