本文报道了人工流产时应用乳头刺激法止血的观察结果,作者对200例人工流产的患者随机分为实验组和对照组(各100例).观察两组术中、术后出血量,以及出血量与妊娠天数、子宫长度,绒毛量的关系.结果,妊娠时间愈长,宫腔愈大、绒毛量愈多术后出血量也愈多.在同等条件下实验组均较对照组出血量少.经统计学处理两组出血量有显著性差别,刺激乳头导致产生内源性催产素.它更近似人体生理,故具有一定临床价值.
