本文介绍用网状电极法处理镀铜废水。文中介绍电解槽的结构;研究了废水浓度、pH值、电导、流速以及电解电压等因素对除铜能力的影响;探讨了处理能耗和电流效率。研究结果表明:经处理后的废水可达到排放标准(Cu~(2+)<1ppm),处理的电流效率>55%,能耗<0.05度/克铜(折合处理一吨20ppm含铜废水耗电0.1度)。
This article describes the use of mesh electrode method for the treatment of copper plating wastewater. In this paper, the structure of electrolyzer is introduced. The influences of wastewater concentration, pH value, conductance, flow rate and electrolysis voltage on copper removal capacity are studied. The energy consumption and current efficiency are discussed. The results show that the treated wastewater can reach the discharge standard (Cu2 + <1ppm), the current efficiency of treatment is> 55%, the energy consumption is less than 0.05 degrees / gram of copper Electricity 0.1 degrees).
