宝钢二期工程是我国近期发展钢铁工业的重大建设项目,也是国家十二项战略重点项目之一。二○五○热连轧厂是宝钢二期工程的重要组成部分,也是当今世界上最大的钢板热连轧机建设项目。该厂的工艺技术和装备水平按国际上第三代轧机的要求,其特点是高速度、高质量、和全线自动化。在制造技术上采用液压(精轧机组采用液压AGC、即厚度自动控制)和伺服系统、电气自控和大量分散型微机的基础自动化、仪表监测和计算机全线控制。计算机系统分为四级,包括生产管理级(MCS)、生产控制级(FLS)、过程控制级(PCG)、设备控制级(BA)。主轧线部分基础自动化级(即过程顺控及直接数控级)采用可编程序控制器系统和多微型计算机系
Baosteel Phase II Project is a major construction project for the recent development of China’s steel industry and one of the 12 key strategic projects of the country. The 2050 hot rolling mill is an important part of the second phase of Baosteel project and is also the largest construction project of the hot strip mill in the world today.
