目的研究高剂量蚕茧液20g/(kg·d)、高剂量马齿苋颗粒剂10g/(kg·d)及其联合制剂对实验型2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素抵抗及抗氧化作用。方法Wistar大鼠46只,将大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、实验对照组、蚕茧组、马齿苋组、蚕茧马齿苋联合干预组。实验期为8周。从血糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素抵抗指数、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)、SOD、MDA及GSH的变化来分析蚕茧、马齿苋的胰岛素抵抗及抗氧化作用。结果通过实验数据观察到,与阳性对照组比较,蚕茧、马齿苋可以提高糖尿病大鼠血中GSH、SOD水平(P<0.05),降低MDA水平(P<0.01)。与空白对照组比较有差异,但无显著性。实验观察到蚕茧、马齿苋干预组可以降低血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数,与阳性对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合制剂干预组和阳性对照组比较血糖及胰岛素抵抗指数降低更明显(P<0.01)。单独马齿苋和联合干预组可以降低肿瘤坏死因子水平(P<0.05)及血TG水平(P<0.05)。结论蚕茧主要通过其内含的β-胡萝卜素、锌、黄酮类抗氧化,保护胰岛β细胞;马齿苋通过其内含的β-胡萝卜素、锌、铬、VitE、亚麻酸、黄酮类抗氧化、调整脂代谢紊乱、保护胰岛β细胞。蚕茧、马齿苋合用,胰岛素抵抗及抗氧化作用更强。说明中药联合治疗的更有效性。
Objective To study the insulin resistance and antioxidation effects of high-dose silkworm pupa liquid 20g/(kg·d), high-dose purslane granules 10g/(kg·d) and their combination preparations on experimental type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Forty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, experimental control group, silkworm pupa group, purslane group, and pupa pupa pods intervention group. The experimental period is 8 weeks. Changes in blood glucose, triglyceride, insulin resistance, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a), SOD, MDA and GSH were used to analyze the insulin resistance and antioxidant effects of silkworm pupa and purslane. Results The experimental data showed that compared with the positive control group, silkworm pupa and purslane can increase blood GSH and SOD levels (P<0.05) and decrease MDA levels (P<0.01). Compared with the blank control group, there was no difference. Experimental observations of silkworm pupa, purslane intervention group can reduce blood glucose, insulin resistance index, compared with the positive control group, statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). The blood glucose and insulin resistance index of the combined preparation intervention group and the positive control group decreased more significantly (P<0.01). Individual purslane and combined intervention group can reduce the level of tumor necrosis factor (P<0.05) and blood TG level (P<0.05). Conclusion The silkworm pupa mainly protects pancreatic islet β cells through β-carotene, zinc and flavonoids contained in it, and protects islet β cells; purslane through its contained β-carotene, zinc, chromium, VitE, linolenic acid and flavonoids. Oxidation, regulation of lipid metabolism, and protection of islet beta cells. In combination with silkworm pupa and purslane, insulin resistance and antioxidant activity are stronger. Explain the more effective combination of Chinese medicine.
