目的探讨E-cadherin和Ki-67在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测48例结直肠癌、23例结肠腺瘤和20例正常结肠组织中E-cadherin及Ki-67的表达,并分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌、结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织中E-cadherin异常表达率分别为77.1%、24.0%和5.0%,结直肠癌E-cadherin异常表达率明显高于结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Ki-67阳性指数在结直肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠组织中分别为(67.60±2.52)%、(38.44±3.59)%及(8.65±1.10)%。结直肠癌的Ki-67阳性指数明显高于结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织,组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。E-cadherin表达与浸润深度和有无淋巴转移有关(P=0.020和P=0.013),而与患者的年龄、性别、大体形态、分化程度无关。Ki-67表达与患者性别和有无淋巴转移有关(P=0.011和P=0.043),而与患者的年龄、大体形态、分化程度、浸润深度无关。E-cadherin正常表达组和异常表达组的Ki-67阳性指数分别为(67.30±18.87)%和(68.64±11.99)%。E-cadherin异常表达组Ki-67阳性指数略高于正常表达组,但无统计学意义。结论E-cadherin和Ki-67是结直肠癌发生发展过程中的重要因子,并与结直肠癌浸润转移有关,可作为评估结直肠癌预后、指导治疗的指标,但两者在结直肠癌发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程中没有协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of E-cadherin and Ki-67 in colorectal cancer. Methods The expressions of E-cadherin and Ki-67 in 48 cases of colorectal cancer, 23 cases of colorectal adenoma and 20 cases of normal colon tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer, colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal tissues were 77.1%, 24.0% and 5.0% respectively. The abnormal expression of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal tissues, The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). The Ki-67 positive index was (67.60 ± 2.52)%, (38.44 ± 3.59)% and (8.65 ± 1.10)% respectively in colorectal cancer, colorectal adenoma and normal colon tissue. The Ki-67 positive index of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenoma and normal colonic tissue. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). E-cadherin expression and depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P = 0.020 and P = 0.013), but not with the patient’s age, gender, general morphology, the degree of differentiation has nothing to do. The Ki-67 expression was correlated with gender and lymphatic metastasis (P = 0.011 and P = 0.043), but not with the patient’s age, gross morphology, degree of differentiation and depth of invasion. Ki-67 positive index of normal E-cadherin expression group and abnormal expression group were (67.30 ± 18.87)% and (68.64 ± 11.99)%, respectively. Ki-67 positive index of E-cadherin abnormal expression group slightly higher than normal expression group, but not statistically significant. Conclusions E-cadherin and Ki-67 are important factors in the development and progression of colorectal cancer. They are correlated with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer and can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis and guidance of colorectal cancer. However, , There is no synergy in the process of development, invasion and metastasis.
