重庆机场集团公司于2003年12月26日按照民航体制改革方案实行机场属地化管理,2004年4月18日成为首都机场集团的全资子公司,之后集团又经历几次调整,实行政企分开、政事分开;而如今,面对民航业千载难逢的发展机遇,重庆江北国际机场应当采取什么样的发展战略?怎样才能满足航空运输和带动地方经济发展的需要呢?怎样才能在区域机场竞争中获得更好更快的发展呢?本文通过对重庆江北国际机场的发展环境分析,提出了重庆机场发展战略和目标定位。
Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. implemented airport localization management on December 26, 2003 according to the civil aviation system reform plan and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital Airport Group on April 18, 2004. After that, the Group experienced several adjustments and implemented separate administration from enterprise , Political and business separation; and now, the face of the golden opportunity for the development of civil aviation industry, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport should take what kind of development strategy? How to meet the needs of air transport and promote local economic development? How to get in the regional airport competition Better and faster development? This paper analyzes the development environment of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, and proposes the development strategy and target orientation of Chongqing Airport.
